nominate and vote at the election as stipulated in the Articles of
the Association;

vote at the General Meetings as stipulated in the Articles of the
Association;

to
make written suggestions;
|
| d. |
to
be eligible for the benefit of all kinds of sports and recreational
facilities and activities subject to the due payment of respective
charges as may from time to time be required;

| e. |
to
be nominated as representatives of the Association in open competition. |
