IT OFFICER
Job Responsibilities
- To provide full spectrum of daily technical support services to end users
- Well versed in Windows operating platforms, network security control and maintenance
- Hardware trouble shooting, replacements including PCs, peripheral and network devices
- To manage and ensure the implementation of the Club Management System including but not limited to Membership, HR, Accounts, Course Enrolment, Venue Booking, Lockers modules, POS system and ERP system etc.
- To manage the outside vendors and facilitate the internal staff communications with the vendors
- To identify and act on opportunities to improve and update the Association’s software and IT infrastructure to align with corporate strategies and business needs
- To develop, update and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the Association
Requirements
- Tertiary education in Information Technology or a related discipline
- 3 - 5 years' experience in related roles/businesses
- Relevant experience in dealing with Club Management system is an advantage
- Familiar with Windows and Linux severs (Administration of Windows servers ), and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Proven experience in managing vendors and track record in handling system transformation projects
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills to deal with staff in different levels
- Willing to work irregular work-hour as required

- Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Hand-on PC skills in MS Office
