Booking Procedures
Premium Advance Booking Service Regulations
 
Please bring your valid Membership Card (at least 3 months validity), HK ID card or Passport (for checking only) in person to the Sports Hall Office. The application is valid for one year from the date of issue. Members who wish to continue this service should make their applications for renewal at our Office in person.

Member with valid Premium Advance Booking Service has the right to reserve the facilities of Sports Hall. Each booking is limited to one hour only and can be made 7 days in advance. No alternation or cancellation will be accepted once the booking is confirmed. The reserved court fee must be settled before making a new reservation. Be reminded that each facility can be reserved only one hour on the same day.
     
Premium Advance Booking Service includes: (1)waiving a service charge of HK$5  
  (2)making reservation via telephone apart from booking in person and through email/fax.  
     
Application Fee $270 (HK$150 deposit is included)  
Renewal Fee: $100  
Validity: 1 year (From the date of application)
Application: To apply for the Premium Advance Booking Service, please approach Members’ Section in person with your membership card (at least 100 days validity).
How to use: Show the Membership Card to make reservation.
(maximum of 7 days in advance).

(Remarks: Members who wish to cancel this service should return the deposit receipt in person within 6 months after the annual service due date for refund of the deposit. Any claim for refund after the 6 month due date will not be entertained, and the deposit will be forfeited. Thereafter, new applications with deposit will be required for the said service again.)

How to use: Provide Membership No./First 5 digits of HKID No., Name, required facilities, date and time of use.
     
Members have to settle the payment before the time reserved. Court charge will be deducted from the deposit if the member fails to pay and telebooking service will be suspended until all unpaid court charges have been settled.
     
Advance reservation in person (Except Premium Advance Booking Service Holders)
     
Members can make reservation at the Sports Hall Office. A service charge of $ 5 is required for each advance booking (maximum of 7 days in advance).

Settle payment
in person:
Settle payment in person by Cash / Octopus / Credit Card (VISA / MASTER / UNION PAY) before the hour used during the Sports Hall Office opening hours.
  Members failing to pay for the reserved facilities will be prohibited from using SCAA facilities unless the penalty (double amount of charges) has been settled.
     
Notes    
  1. Members can reserve a maximum of 1 hour for each facility.
  2. The Sports Hall reserves the right of final decision on the venue arrangement due to adverse weather conditions or other emergencies.
  3. No alteration or cancellation will be entertained once the booking is confirmed.
  4. Please keep all personal belongings in safe custody. The Association will not be responsible for any loss arising therefrom.
  5. SCAA reserves the right of final decision on the reservation method/procedures.
  1. Our facilities are for Members only.
  2. No spitting.
  3. No littering.
  4. No smoking inside the court area.
  5. No glass-bottled drinks are allowed inside the court.
  6. No Chewing gum is allowed inside the court.
  7. No shouting inside the court area.
  8. Children under 6 years old will not be admitted to the court without permission.
  9. Members entering the court must wear proper sports wear and sports shoes with non-marking rubber soles and without heels.
  10. Members are not allowed to play when wearing jeans or trousers, for safety reasons.
  11. Pets will not be admitted to the court.
  12. Members are not allowed to change the usage of the court for campaign or commercial use without permission of the Association.
  13. Members need to enter and exit the court through indicated routes.
  14. No teaching is allowed inside the court except by the registered coaches of the Association.
  15. Members are not allowed to move or switch on/off the facilities/equipment inside the gymnasium. Members will be responsible for the cost for any damage caused under this situation.
  16. Taking photos or recording is not allowed inside the court area.
  17. Anything which is illegal or not permitted under the Association's rules will not be allowed.
  18. Members must follow the rules of the Association and the rules of using the courts in the Sports Hall.
